The purpose of the Tribal Court is to process all criminal and civil matters according to Tribal law. Staff maintains all court files, records and accounts and process all court pleadings, jury trials, motions, judgments, warrants, and commitment orders. Staff is available to assist with civil and juvenile petitions and/or any other notices as needed, with confidentiality carefully preserved. Notary services are also provided to staff and the community.

Tribal members and tribal employees can register on the web site and receive login access to the Law & Order Code. Copies of pages or sections can be obtained from the court or from the Tribal attorney’s office.
